DOA Policy: In the event an item is received dead on arrival (DOA), a refund will be issued in the form of store credit. If possible, the item may be replaced with a similar item. Shipping charges will not be returned as a credit or covered in the event of an item replacement. All DOA claims must be made within two hours of product delivery with a clear photo of the dead item in the bag it was received in under bright white light. All deliveries must be made on the first attempt by the carrier.
Extreme Weather Policy: In the case that extreme weather is present in the area of delivery, certain items may not be shipped. These items will be held up to two weeks in the hopes of better weather. In the case of unforeseen weather causing items to be DOA, please review the DOA policy above.
